We service and repair Motoman UNIVERSAL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motoman UNIVERSAL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UNIVERSAL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our UNIVERSAL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moxa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Namco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moxa such as the EDS510A1GT2SFP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E70030964 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFWS20X36FS103 by Manufacturer Nb as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Muratec Brand MVLSTDCPU102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Neat such as 24095 equipment made by Neat have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SWK32GUU by Nb and 24095 spares by Neat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
