Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the MSM252H4D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E70040825 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCSpindleMotorDrive by Manufacturer Ms-tech as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nb Brand SWA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mte such as RL25001B14 equipment made by Mte have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mte products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mte" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 15Slave made by Ney-Prosonik as well as the popular 1F0000110 original spares produced by Nematron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TNP80072 by Nematron and RL25001B14 spares by Mte are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PB4631 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Movotec-Lift-Systems.
