Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rieter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rieter such as the 1850649 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E5CSQ1PXF manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP1WAD041 by Manufacturer Omron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Watlow Brand 945A1CA2AJAJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ovation such as 1B30035H01 equipment made by Ovation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ovation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ovation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KS4400 made by Philips as well as the popular TBX68T original spares produced by National-Instruments
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSXP57202M by Schneider and 1B30035H01 spares by Ovation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
