Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nachi 11-02081215 / UM169A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 National-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the EA70040100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCXI1121 manufactured by National-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCXI1163R by Manufacturer National-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nec Brand ADU20F1X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as NI9435 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 191871C02L by National-Instruments and NI9435 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
