Nci Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Nci DHC3 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Nci DHC3 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DHC3 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DHC3 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Neutronic such as the 8011001200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SNPQATW3AA manufactured by Nec and we are pleased to be able to service most Nec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RWS100A15A by Manufacturer Nemic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nec Brand ADU20F1X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Neles-Automation such as A413346 equipment made by Neles-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Neles-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Neles-Automation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WHJFV117WHJuniorFV made by Neukirchen as well as the popular IWS123E original spares produced by Nematron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCU10B by Nec and A413346 spares by Neles-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
