Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nec 163-238910 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kajaani products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kaye parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kajaani such as the F4430247 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U09091 manufactured by Kaye and we are pleased to be able to service most Kaye systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 509992924R02 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kawasaki Brand 9ZA519ZA11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kaparel such as PS1250A equipment made by Kaparel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kaparel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kaparel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12123406 made by Kearney as well as the popular 120608 original spares produced by Kearney

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPBSVDN1AS52 by Kawasaki and PS1250A spares by Kaparel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9ED34 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
