Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nikon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nimak-Bauseite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Newport product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nikon such as the B00404 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPMDA1N manufactured by Nimak-Bauseite and we are pleased to be able to service most Nimak-Bauseite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS300DC by Manufacturer Newport as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nikon Brand FIAAFTYUUKEIA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as C8003010 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10IMRT4220A made by Nidec as well as the popular PN40 original spares produced by Niigata
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4S0665934 by Nikon and C8003010 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
