Novatec Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Novatec MCD-1000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Novatec MCD-1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MCD-1000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MCD-1000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Numatics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nsd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Numatics such as the P2AK30A2JAAA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WBK20DF31H manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V8L55 by Manufacturer Nsd as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nsk Brand LU150148AL201P5Z1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as E01055660556 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S4CL made by Numatics as well as the popular NUSA051PA1 original spares produced by Nus-Instruments
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TLH1600 by Novotechnik and E01055660556 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
