Npo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Npo Powered and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Npo Powered include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Powered if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Powered repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Num products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Numatics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Num such as the 204157 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS35 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P1AR03A6EC2A0 by Manufacturer Numatics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Numatics Brand SPS050X911CX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as BL75A equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available W1402W made by Nsk as well as the popular LAH30EMZ original spares produced by Nsk
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W1403 by Nsk and BL75A spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MJS2014DN511ALF1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk.
