Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron FZ3-350 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Horner-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC800STI105D2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HE660CGM424A manufactured by Horner-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Horner-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC693TCM302A by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand HA200CB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Epsilon such as ILD140150000 equipment made by Micro-Epsilon have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K3NCPU by Mitsubishi and ILD140150000 spares by Micro-Epsilon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS5100C00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
