Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oriental PH5913H-NBA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Overseer-Systems-Ltd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Osaka-Vacuum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Oriental product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Overseer-Systems-Ltd such as the 300016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC223 manufactured by Osaka-Vacuum and we are pleased to be able to service most Osaka-Vacuum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UDK5107NWA5 by Manufacturer Oriental as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ph Brand 444M1011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ormec such as SACDE02A1I equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 70080148 made by Pace as well as the popular TC22310 original spares produced by Osaka-Vacuum

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Oplink by Osai and SACDE02A1I spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UDX2107A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental.
