Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oriental Vexta A4041-9515NE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Takenaka product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the SE1C40010H01SE1C4OO1OHO1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XFC20020C manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1059 by Manufacturer Takenaka as well.

Spare units by Taylor such as U48207 equipment made by Taylor have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EF6600000000 by Tajima and U48207 spares by Taylor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RT5XCII Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
