Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ormec GN3-40/2M-V1.1B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the HND3800T35W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISM140310 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3600STKP1 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Japan-Servo Brand KT42HM4552 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as IS510010 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA9B102 by Telemecanique and IS510010 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Lambda10L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nec-Hitachi-Seiki.
