Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Osacom L3700M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Num products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automated-Logic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Num such as the MDLA2075Q00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MX4106 manufactured by Automated-Logic and we are pleased to be able to service most Automated-Logic systems and parts. Spare units by Automated-Logic such as LGR1000 equipment made by Automated-Logic have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
