Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Perceptron S0400-X0075-Y0102-Z0215 / 917-3008 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Revco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Photoswitch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 2130PA9MS1AARH00001E5QTQ4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 312096H04 manufactured by Revco and we are pleased to be able to service most Revco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42RLU4200 by Manufacturer Photoswitch as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM7CN by Pulnix and 014HE1515MD spares by Rvsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YD5010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perkin-Elmer.
