Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pinnacle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Preh-Druckaufnehmer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Presezzi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pinnacle such as the 53026 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P20VR manufactured by Preh-Druckaufnehmer and we are pleased to be able to service most Preh-Druckaufnehmer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRI by Manufacturer Presezzi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Port Brand 562LH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pil such as P42M0A2D1G1220S equipment made by Pil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pil" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PB5 made by Prism-Inc. as well as the popular PRA00201XX0PM00 original spares produced by Premiair
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STED6 by Pleiger and P42M0A2D1G1220S spares by Pil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
