Pi Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pi LVPZT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pi LVPZT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LVPZT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LVPZT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3FR2042 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Spare units by Reliance such as 6V41034TA equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C0101N4CH000 by Powertec and 6V41034TA spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
