Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Placid B150-CMS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eisele product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the EHTSB6125TT453 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMQ8184056D manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D549727 by Manufacturer Eisele as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand CNFJ4095Y17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Renold such as BL800 equipment made by Renold have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C38Q140H40 by Morse and BL800 spares by Renold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
