We service and repair Polyspede FSC-500 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Polyspede FSC-500 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FSC-500 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our FSC-500 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powertron such as the 100500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS860AM manufactured by Porcheson and we are pleased to be able to service most Porcheson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BPPOS1IO0 by Manufacturer Posimat as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Power-Measurement Brand 3270 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prosilica such as EC650 equipment made by Prosilica have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prosilica products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prosilica" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HTK3300V made by Pro-face as well as the popular MVI69DFNT original spares produced by Prosoft
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
