Poweramp Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Poweramp IDOCK and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Poweramp IDOCK include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IDOCK if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IDOCK repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Precision-Graphics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Praxair parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Powertron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Precision-Graphics such as the 1180AF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UP10003 manufactured by Praxair and we are pleased to be able to service most Praxair systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 101230 by Manufacturer Powertron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Presstech Brand 7602114001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Precitec such as P0255115100001 equipment made by Precitec have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C1475 by Process-Control and P0255115100001 spares by Precitec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
