Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface AGP3300H-S1-D24-RED parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Radisys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Radisys such as the EPC52500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PTSQ4405 manufactured by Quin and we are pleased to be able to service most Quin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP77RMLTE41 by Manufacturer Proface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ramsey-Technology Brand D7252KE031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as PFXGP4402WAD equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVI56EMCMXT by Prosoft and PFXGP4402WAD spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
