Protector Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Protector P-1S and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Protector P-1S include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the P-1S if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our P-1S repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Klockner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Psion-Teklogix product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Klockner such as the PS4271MM1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C143T34FC6B manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8515 by Manufacturer Psion-Teklogix as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quantem Brand 48A81LZ001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as IC693MDL655C equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D356L by Baumuller and IC693MDL655C spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
