Our services for the Pulstec SDP-1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SDP-1000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SDP-1000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rab such as the E2298977HXFS94V0P11SW50R7018636 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9800DCAB20 manufactured by Quartech and we are pleased to be able to service most Quartech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSVPSSF20GRL02 by Manufacturer Racine as well.

Spare units by Honeywell such as R7861A1026 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
