Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Quipp P3113-8650 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rank products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Red-Lion product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rank such as the k510407f1734 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAA610101 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMA04101 by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rexroth Brand R911335289 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ra-Jones such as 148213 equipment made by Ra-Jones have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ra-Jones products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ra-Jones" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ML20N1 made by Rad as well as the popular 570325500 original spares produced by Raymond

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCBAD00002205501 by Ramsey and 148213 spares by Ra-Jones are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EPC27 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys.
