Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Raycon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Refu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sixnet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raycon such as the 300808 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP601609 manufactured by Refu and we are pleased to be able to service most Refu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VTA222E44P by Manufacturer Sixnet as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Red-Lion Brand BMK70000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ram such as 10172000 equipment made by Ram have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IMP23163 by Red-Lion and 10172000 spares by Ram are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
