Reta Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Reta UPM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Reta UPM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UPM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our UPM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Robotics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Robo-Cylinder product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Robotics such as the A5A1311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DREB6X1X75MG2425Z4M manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCSR7525I60GNM50M by Manufacturer Robo-Cylinder as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rietschle Brand 2237655 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Revere-Transducers such as HPSD35010P5 equipment made by Revere-Transducers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Revere-Transducers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Revere-Transducers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 987149112 made by Rexroth as well as the popular LER50 original spares produced by Rjg-Inc.
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DA75PH by Rex-Power-Magnetics and HPSD35010P5 spares by Revere-Transducers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
