Revere Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Revere USP15K and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Revere USP15K include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the USP15K if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our USP15K repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Setra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensorik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schmersal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Setra such as the 3100T10KPS2T9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK10224bSV453015NO manufactured by Sensorik and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensorik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LSS300 by Manufacturer Schmersal as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sensaphone Brand SCD1200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sensortronics such as 650232K0107 equipment made by Sensortronics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EKH5 by Sensirion and 650232K0107 spares by Sensortronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
