Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rice RL35082-N5-2.5K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ris products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robohand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Robohand product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ris such as the 1087066AN3100DCR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPS14 manufactured by Robohand and we are pleased to be able to service most Robohand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RR3690S by Manufacturer Robohand as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ridgid Brand D838X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robertshaw such as 1020EX equipment made by Robertshaw have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 460D6005C460D6005C by Robicon and 1020EX spares by Robertshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
