Rieter Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Rieter RIU and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Rieter RIU include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RIU if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RIU repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rorze-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Robohand product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rorze-Automation such as the RT17 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 144HNAA2XA manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X921211 by Manufacturer Robohand as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rofin Brand 625796647 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robertshaw such as 310B4B5 equipment made by Robertshaw have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1151770 by Rosemount and 310B4B5 spares by Robertshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
