Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Texas-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out West parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Texas-Instruments such as the 5054716 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPC145AC8DH4CTM manufactured by West and we are pleased to be able to service most West systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6186M12ALTRX by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schneider Brand 170ENT11001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as NS5MQ00BV2 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5054232 made by Siemens as well as the popular NS8TV01V2 original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 178C509G01 by Westinghouse and NS5MQ00BV2 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original APC3711T12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aplex.
