Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schenk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmersal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Saf-Drives product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schenk such as the Z95108601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AZM7002ZRK manufactured by Schmersal and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmersal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS630N by Manufacturer Saf-Drives as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schenck-Pegasus Brand 5900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saftronics such as GP1040509 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IQ10FA10B4 made by Rotork as well as the popular RN6527 original spares produced by Rotec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7FU by Sandex and GP1040509 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
