Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out S-B-Nelson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the OP3000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7A2 manufactured by S-B-Nelson and we are pleased to be able to service most S-B-Nelson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q2AA0875DXS5X by Manufacturer Sanyo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schenck Brand 5AP9201505K11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Scanlab such as RTC5 equipment made by Scanlab have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPSCP by Rvsi-Cimatrix and RTC5 spares by Scanlab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
