Rug Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Rug WaCo and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Rug WaCo include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the WaCo if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our WaCo repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sandpiper products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanyo-Denki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sandpiper such as the G1FB1ABTXNSX00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMIPEP0952D1001 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 68ZBM140HXSB4 by Manufacturer Sanyo-Denki as well.

Spare units by Rvsi-Cimatrix such as TPSCP equipment made by Rvsi-Cimatrix have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
