Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rvsi P-201 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sabo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the MHDA102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the APVM manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TEK73020 by Manufacturer Sabo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sabina Brand 6801001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schrader such as FW2B10164110000 equipment made by Schrader have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CIMR075G2 made by Saftronics as well as the popular DCR25 original spares produced by Schlumberger

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMR7AS3 by Saftronics and FW2B10164110000 spares by Schrader are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
