Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Samkoon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schneeberger product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the 305511 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AK70AE manufactured by Samkoon and we are pleased to be able to service most Samkoon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 342505A by Manufacturer Schneeberger as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schweitzer Brand 0701111XXX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV610D45N4 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EZ6360 made by Saftronics as well as the popular VPM02D20AA00 original spares produced by Schneider
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VCU by Schenck and ATV610D45N4 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
