Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schafer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saftronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Saf-Drives product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schafer such as the CO2200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP1020011 manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS630N by Manufacturer Saf-Drives as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schunk Brand 302612 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schunk such as 340311 equipment made by Schunk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schunk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schunk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7210001 made by Schaevitz as well as the popular 5290183 original spares produced by Schucker-Gmbh
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B53132018X0200 by Schrader and 340311 spares by Schunk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EZ6240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics.
