Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seisa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schrader product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seisa such as the M425A03MEZAS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 359046 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PAB1084216000 by Manufacturer Schrader as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Seiko Brand OPU320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sealmaster such as 44251 equipment made by Sealmaster have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sealmaster products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sealmaster" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PMMBD4511 made by Sanyo as well as the popular AP2M040XXCT original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SEM100 by Schmalz and 44251 spares by Sealmaster are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H3430508VX2511 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seiberco.
