Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sylvania products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sylvania such as the T30U03376 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VCS42EKSU manufactured by Eis and we are pleased to be able to service most Eis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSXP67425 by Manufacturer Schneider as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Koyo Brand TRDJ60RZV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as TM200DZ24 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TBUX297248 by Schneider and TM200DZ24 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
