Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sensirion EK-H5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensortronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Setra product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the DMT101111S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 650232K0107 manufactured by Sensortronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensortronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 28011116 by Manufacturer Setra as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sick Brand WT18P112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sentrol such as 6255 equipment made by Sentrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sentrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sentrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NTL6B18E01 made by Sick as well as the popular C40E0703CE010 original spares produced by Sick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7600134172 by Sick and 6255 spares by Sentrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BBCF1410 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensis.
