We service and repair Sensys APCC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sensys APCC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the APCC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our APCC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AGSS7501111 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDM4200101 by Manufacturer Sick as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sick Brand WE122P110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as 1015693PSZ011501 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LL3DT01 by Sick and 1015693PSZ011501 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
