We service and repair Sensys APCC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sensys APCC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the APCC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our APCC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sentinel such as the S1AAAVT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WL272F450 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGSS45023 by Manufacturer Sick as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Setra Brand 2251Z05PCD411B1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as FGSE75021 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
