Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew PSKF221 CMP50S/LY/RH1M/SM1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Shamrock-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the RF17DT80N4TH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1064248 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TP1D3201BD by Manufacturer Shamrock-Controls as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H0811892 by Shibaura and JEP25 spares by Shinko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1750610 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sheldon.
