We service and repair Sharpe X50 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sharpe X50 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the X50 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our X50 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Shawmut products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Shawmut such as the A4BY1600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1016057 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LUT2720 by Manufacturer Sick as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sick Brand NT603218 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shimano such as F75B286KBMY5A equipment made by Shimano have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shimano products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shimano" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6063140 made by Sick as well as the popular C4PEA0903S001 original spares produced by Sick
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40E0601C3010 by Sick and F75B286KBMY5A spares by Shimano are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
