Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Shimpo-nidec ERKX-17M-400-OR2K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Boston product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the HRF71820B5HP16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F921G10B7G manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FWC721B600KB5J1 by Manufacturer Boston as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Boston Brand F653A40B9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ironman such as GRGUM82175L56 equipment made by Ironman have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F1115CC345Y151 by Sumitomo and GRGUM82175L56 spares by Ironman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
