Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flexaline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Falk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5370536007 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2PT13252A manufactured by Flexaline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flexaline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3407J25 by Manufacturer Falk as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Falk Brand 405A1CS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Browning such as 315SMTP25 equipment made by Browning have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Browning products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Browning" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2Z307 made by Dayton as well as the popular 4C240 original spares produced by Goodyear
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4C102A4 by Falk and 315SMTP25 spares by Browning are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32102005000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Singulus.
