Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QC72130KB5G manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SHV30YSA by Manufacturer Cone as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rexnord Brand SM1801020T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as SF42DT90S4 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RS802RPU made by Tsubaki as well as the popular SP180MF14141000 original spares produced by Alpha
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SF35T by Sealmaster and SF42DT90S4 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
