Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sipco BR3500D021/MX/FX/WF10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued T-B-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader T-B-Woods such as the 5V802 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HAMN23185142 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHHS4185Y87 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Spx Brand 1A600501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as AK1091 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CNHJ6095DAY231 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular MC1B original spares produced by T-B-Woods

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J1A6025LKM by Stelron and AK1091 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
