Stauff Diagnostic & Repair Services

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Steinmeyer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sunx product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Steinmeyer such as the D213038 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ER6019 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ANR5141 by Manufacturer Sunx as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Stober Brand PH521F004OMTC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CNHM16100YA43 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RL74BHP made by Stm as well as the popular DBD1002 original spares produced by Syron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 421143638492 by Sthomson and CNHM16100YA43 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
