Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the E26MDSM5Y270GC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DR1200 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D600832 by Manufacturer System as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dage Brand BT22LC29A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CNH5095Y17 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BR483GH made by Dodge as well as the popular BMQ22040256C original spares produced by Grove
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMR4045DPS000CS000 by Pm and CNH5095Y17 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
