Stober Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Stober C Series and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Stober C Series include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the C Series if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our C Series repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tandler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thompson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the P801SPN0070M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP2 manufactured by Tandler and we are pleased to be able to service most Tandler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPB24ADJ by Manufacturer Thompson as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand 0009WW20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as AK1091 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CNVMS509543 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular PHD9065R2LRF8 original spares produced by Sumitomo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 46790 by Timken and AK1091 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60x4BSD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
